The lady who did my cut was really lovely. However, my hair was literally washed for 2 mins and the deep conditioner was not used. I also added a blow dry on and due to the texture of my hair the lady used a straighter and I was charged for it!

One of the best waxing experiences I’ve had! Vrunda was so lovely and friendly, it felt like chatting with someone I’d known for ages, which made the appointment really comfortable. She was professional, thorough, and efficient, and I was in and out in just 20 minutes without ever feeling rushed. The location is also really convenient for me as it’s close to work. Overall, a fantastic experience and I’ll definitely be booking with her again. Highly recommend!
