I was not very impressed with my second visit unfortunately. My first Hollywood wax was faultless, yes on this occasion, the therapist had missed quite a few hairs, which I noticed after I had got home that day. The therapist also did a lot of strip waxing, after a very small amount of hot wax. The treatment I paid for was with hot wax, so this was disappointing.

Manuel was really great and listened to what I wanted and was much more thorough than other stylists I've been to over the years. Covered all my greys and didn't get any dye on my face and I also had the Opalex treatment which has definitely helped my dry ends and a blow dry
