Love Splash. I went to the wrong salon initially but they accommodated me a bit late. Stylist was lovely, really put me at ease and wanted to hear exactly what I wanted. Apparently they're covid tested once a week, and the room had a gap above the door so there was some air movement. A clean, efficient salon and a smooth experience, as it were! Thanks

I went for a Hollywood wax and was quite disappointed - the end result was fine but the process worse than what I’m used to at other salons. Eg there was no towel to protect modesty whilst the therapist went in and out of the room opening the door. The therapist never did a test patch nor did they ask me if the temperature of the hot wax was too hot (which it was and burned me a little). The wax was left on too long as the therapist was distracted and so was more painful to remove.
