I was with a male hairstylist (Jose). He ruined my hair to the point that i’ve never seen such a bad haircut on me. Before cutting off he didn’t even ask me the length I wanted, went straight in with the scissors. I was so upset that I started crying. He dried my hair and i realised its all uneven and longer at the front shorter in the back. I asked him if he can fix it and it got even worse. Managers asked another stylist to finish my haircut and as a result a lot of stress + a much shorter cut
