Was mega busy - first day after lockdown - but still not great waiting almost half an hour for a 40 minute appointment and then getting everything “done” in 15 minutes. If the salon is too busy, why keep accepting new bookings??
BUT - I don’t blame the stylist, he did his best. In 10 minutes flat he spent cutting my hair. Just a bit annoyed with it as a principle... it’s dishonest, just say then it’s 15 min appointment and be done with it!

I had a hairwash, cut and blow-dry booked with Kremena. She has done an amazing job with the cut and even more amazing job with the blowdry. I left the salonlooking amazing and was very pleased with her service. She is professional and very talented , she is an asset to the company. I will definitelytravel back to Soho to get hair done by her again.
