1. Chairs NOT sanitised between customers. NO disposable chair covers.
2. Unsure the hair treatment I paid for was provided.
3. No head massage. Customer after me got a head massage.
4. While getting my hair washed, a hairdresser came over to show my hairdresser photos & had a long conversation. She was stood close over me. Rude. Didn't give me the relaxation & quiet I wanted. Broke social distancing rule.
5. No heat protector before HOT blow dry. No finishing products. Hair left knotty & static
