All the staff were very friendly. Gianmichael really listened to what I wanted before washing and made sure before he started cutting. I have really long hair so I went with a straight cut rather than layering. The conditioner treatment has made my hair so soft that I don’t want to wash it yet 😅. Also paid £10 for a blow dry because my hair goes quite wavy when drying naturally. Would definitely recommend!

Great gel manicure, the specialist was lovely and fast, without sacrificing attention to detail. I asked for a different colour for each nail, which is definitely more hassle and time-consuming than the same polish in all nails, but we still finished on time and at a high standard. Will happily return again and book with Sara.

Waited 10 minutes at the door and 3 people saw me and no one acknowledged me, then got told wait downstairs didn’t get told where, another person was like just wait on this random chair in the middle of the salon. Whilst stylist was very friendly the treatment was rushed, wash was rough and super quick and hair left with fringes completely unstyled and frizzy.
