Beautician was lovely to speak to but unfortunately could feel the stress of her rushing. Nails weren't shaped very nicely and had to ask a few times to reshape. She missed the base coat off one hand and colour wasn't painted evenly with missed areas and kept forgetting to press the button to cure the nails. 30 min appt took over 1hr because they didn't have the tools to remove gel. I wouldn't be going back.

Overall experience was good. Emma was lovely, although she was not able to converse that well in english, she understood what i wanted. She gave me a good hair wash, cut and dry. The salon was busy when i went but i had booked an appointment so was promptly seated and offered drink. I did not have to wait too long, maybe 5 minutes as Emma was tending to another customer. The basement was quite warm and i wish they had made it more cooler there. The hairdryer made it even more hot. Overall:👍🏻

Booked hair consultation and shellac removal. My appointments was changed 3 times.
Shellac was removed half way only 🤦♀️
