Took literally 5 mins to cut my hair. Was so rough partially drying my hair, burning my scalp with the hairdryer and pulling my hair and it was left sopping wet. When I got home and dried it, it wasn’t cut straight. I now have to keep curling my hair instead of wearing it straight as you can see it’s not straight. Will have to wait for it to grow a little before getting cut again as otherwise will be too short to put up. Also no shaping or framing around face. Just wanted me out the door ASAP.
