The therapist did her work well and was pleasant to interact with. I did have a twenty minute wait time, as my other treatment (patch test for hair removal) booked did not happen. The staff informed me upon arrival that their machine was broken. My experience would have been better with 1/ being informed in advance that one of my treatments was cancelled 2/ cleaner toilet and 3/ treatment room: floor had hair/stains & it would be great to be provided slippers for when we have removed our shoes.

Margarita was amazing. I came in 10 minutes early and she managed to fit me in early. I have never been to a barbers before so I didn’t really know what to do I came in with a picture and she followed it exactly while giving me lots of information on my hair and what to do. I will definitely only go to her to get my hair cut from now on. It was a great experience I highly recommend
