Great salon and competent staff but AWFUL keratin treatment!!! It ruined my hair and scalp. The product they use is bad - even before it is heated it already makes your eyes water, then during the straightening it made me and stylist’s eyes tearing and red. 3 days later my scalp completely peeled off in large chunks of skin for 1 week, the smoothing effect did not hold and my hair was left brittle. I am sad to realize I wasted money and hours on getting this treatment at this place. To avoid!

Emma was lovely and really took her time to understand what I wanted. My hair is so long and thick it took over 2 hours and she still done an amazing job. I absolutely loved the colour she achieved despite me having dark hair the results were beautiful 😍
