I've been to Splash twice now - my first experience was great in that my nails looked fab: they were shaped exactly how I wanted and the nail polish was free of air bubbles etc and in addition they were chip free for almost 2 weeks! I was very impressed. I went again recently and had a different lady whose preparation was great but the end result wasn't the high standard that I'd experienced the first time - a few air bubbles and little bits of nail polish left on tips of my fingers and it just doesn't look as neat. Will be interesting to see how long they last this time around.

What I loved: The great price offered through Treatwell and the perfect gel manicure I received.
The nail technician was very detail oriented and gave me a truly perfect mani that looks amazing.
What could be a bit better: The atmosphere of the salon could be nicer. The manicure station is off in a tiny corner of the basement level, but with a good price and perfect manicure I can hardly fault them! I would certainly return :-)

As previous reviews have stated, the upstairs area is like being in an Ibiza nightclub, very loud party music and remixes. There isn't a lot of space and you're almost crammed into a corner behind the till. I was given the option of going downstairs which was dead silent, so chose the upstairs to keep me awake - which it certainly did. I was allocated an hour for my nails but was out of these in 45 mins, the therapist was very efficient and whizzed over my nails. It's only been 5 days but nails are still good, colour exactly what I wanted, great finish. Not somewhere to relax but can't fault the treatment and service.
