I was 10 minutes late for the appointment but the staff were nice about it. The shellac mani i ended up with looks great - the specialist was meticulous, though the cuticle treatment was a bit painful and the shellac mani took longer than I'm used to at other salons.

My nails are OK but I'm not convinced they will last the length of 2 weeks. I've used the salon twice now though as it's location is very convenient for me - although I do struggle with the fact that the beauticians are still learning English so I'm not always able to get my comments over clearly to them!
