The lady taking care of me this time was not the same as usual and the experience was not as great as previous visits. Overall, still ok value for money.

I always have a wonderful experience at Splash new Row, the beauty team are great, so professional and friendly and I am always happy with my treatments. Also a big fan of Margarita on the front desk who is very lovely and welcoming and always happy to help. Thank you everyone x

Very speedy manicure, not all colours were available and it is very much a pitstop place, but can't fault professionalism.
