It was very busy when I arrived and couldn’t get in to get served for a while. “Front of house” customer service isn’t as good as in other places I have been.For example, I’m used to a warm welcome and being offered at least a glass of water. It struck me there wasn’t enough space for the reception and they were dealing with a difficult customer so might have just caught them at a bad time. The beauticians are really good. I was happy with both my treatments.
