Terrible customer service!! Rude and unhelpful staff, do not go here!! I booked an appointment at the New Row branch, when I arrived I was told to go to the Soho branch instead, due to an event in Leicester Square I couldn’t get to the branch on time so called to reschedule, staff were rude and refused to re-book or refund my appointment.
