I have booked 2 different appointments. One for take off and one for shellac manicure. The shellac manicure is ok, nothing special at all. For the take off there is not to much to say, is not that difficult to remove a shellac colour. The beautician was annoying, she hasn't spoke to me at all, very disappointed. I'll not get back there!

Last month I went to Splash in Charing Cross and the beautician was fabulous. This time I went to Splash in Covent Garden and I'm pretty dispoointed. The volume of the music is pretty high so is not a good place if you want to relax a little bit. Moreover the beautician haven't spoke to me at all! So bored! I'm also pretty sad about her performance on my nails, the shape of the nails are ok but the colour is everywhere and in some parts of my nail is missing! Very disappointed of the overall experience.
