Excellent as usual! Really convenient app and great salon. Waxing is always of a good quality here and I have had various therapists always polite. Would definitely reccomend!

I had booked for a shellac but decided to go for a normal mani in the end to let my nails breathe. I was not happy at all with my nails. The girl doing my manicure kept brushing over my nail with the polish meaning there was a thick layer of polish and of course the polish ended up moving even a long while after I had done my manicure. Also on the second coat she had forgotten what she had done and I had to explain she had yet to do another coat on my right hand, thank god i was paying attention! In the end went home and took of the polish. Would not go back even though it's good value for money.

Although there was a problem with the nail polish (it wasn't setting because it was old) the staff handled it with professionalism and care. I felt very looked after and came out with a top-quality manicure. I love the attention to detail that was paid during my time there.

I often use splash for a full manicure, the staff change so often you rarely get the same lady. The last 2 times I have had my gel polish, it has chipped off withing a few days. It usually lasts for 3 weeks, when done well.
