Overall good, but they didn't have a colour chart available. Very pleasant service, staff was polite and helpful. Nails looked really good and lasted well over 2 weeks.

My gel nails were very well done, and the nail technician was lovely. However I did arrive 5 minutes late, which I apologised for (however normally you have to wait 5 minutes so I didnt think it would be too bad). The manager proceeded to announce, about 3 times that I was late, so that I felt obliged to not to have the full manicure in order to make the time up as it was looking to be 10 minutes late. Great manicure but poor customer service.

Friendly, efficient staff... and for a really good price. It's a compact salon, but really centrally located. I will definitely be going back.
