My eyebrows looked great, but I was left with wax residue still on my face for the rest of the day. The place is cheap and convenient for me, but unfortunately this visit did not live up to my previous one.

The therapist ( Fabiana) was lovely and did a great job. It was a little slow though, and took and hour and a half rather than an hour. I was not a fan of sitting in the basement near the staircase and the sinks. The atmosphere could be better.

Good place for a quick wax but the room is in a bit of an unfortunate place especially the door that opens out (having a curtain shielding the inside of the room would help to provide more privacy as the door made me feel a bit uncomfortable when the therapist was leaving the room). Cleanliness could also be improved- the towel I was given to cover had some wax on it which made me think that it was used by another customer; also the floor was sticky with wax...
