Waxing was great - bit of a random set up and small room downstairs for waxing with no waiting area but the wax was one of the best I've had through Treatwell.

I used a timeout voucher so it was very good value however my beautician was not a good as the one i usually have and didn't do an amazing thorough job and the wax got rather to hot! If only you could pick your beautician!

Lovely staff. I had olaplex conditioning treatment done with cut and blow dry. I was very happy at the end. The lady that was looking after me was very professional and great job. I left the salon with nice blow dry too :)

The finish product was good. My nails look good and the shellac should last 3 weeks. The therapist was ok, she was very nice and didn't chat to me endlessly, which I prefer, however, she was very rough on my cuticles. I was in pain for a lot of the treatment; she took a lot of skin off with the blade, so much so that the next day was very sore when walking. Sadly, the salon isn't relaxing, I was seated in a makeshift 'comfortable chair' and the ongoing stream of staff and clients having their hair washed was not great. It's loud, noisy and the staff were overheard complaining. It's all good though if you're looking for something cheap, I had a discount and did not pay the full price so I'm fine with that, however, I wouldn't come here paying full price.
