This is one of the best places I've found in London. The staff was amazing (I was attended by an Italian lady, I think her name was Maria). She was really professional and super quick. She did my hollywood and underarms. I'll come back for sure!

My hairdresser, Angelica, was extremely professional and really cared about customer service and delivering a pleasant experience and good haircut. She took her time to provide a consultation on the preferred style and would always agree each step of the haircut with you along the way. The olaplex treatment was very good, it is important to evenly coat the hair and the complimentary scalp massage helped the absorption of the product as well as ensure a relaxing, pampering experience. Much appreciated! Following the treatment, the hair was cut very thoroughly and gently (not in the manner of certain scissor-happy hairdressers types!) and the styling was done neatly, carefully and beautifully. Great professional and accommodating service and really lovely hairdresser. Could not fault. Thank you.
