There was no explanation of the process or any suggestion of what to do/not to do after the treatment. The staff member was clearly in a hurry to get me out as soon as possible

Very thorough wax and most painless wax I've had! Staff were also helpful with sorting out an underarm wax also which I hadn't booked in advance. Would definitely return!

I've been to Splash New Row many, many times. It's a cheap, basic service but usually very efficient. This time however there was a new therapist who was very rushed, didn't wash her hands after smoking, and overall the service wasn't up to normal standards.
