I've been to Splash New Row many, many times. It's a cheap, basic service but usually very efficient. This time however there was a new therapist who was very rushed, didn't wash her hands after smoking, and overall the service wasn't up to normal standards.
Nothing wrong with my haircut. Very good actually But (and it's a big but) I had to fight to close to my 6.10pm time slot - two other people were seen before me - and was made to feel guilty when I did get in ahead of someone who was waiting. What is the point of offering timed slots if you're not going to honour them and will prioritise walk-ups (who only pay £9 instead of the £13 I paid online)? Also, the on-line booking suggested my hair would be washed but this service was not offered to me.
