Receptionist was rude and I felt a bit isolated. Everyone was speaking Spanish and my hair dresser basically made me feel like a doll. Very few words exchanged. However the olaplex treatment was amazing and my hair looked beautiful at the end. So worth the money.

The lady who did my hair colour seemed angry at someone or something the whole time. I could feel it radiating towards me while I was in her charge. You take some things for granted, like the staff offering to put your coat or jacket aside. After going to this establishment, it seemed holding on to your clothing for the duration of the treatment, although not very convenient is what you should expect. So if like me you appreciate these small flourishes in a salon, I wouldn't recommend this place.
