I normally rate highly but this was not a good experience. My beautician gave no thought to my pain threshold or the temperature of the wax. She did a very rushed job and left quite a few patches when she had done. Not satisfied.

The treatment was good and I'm happy with it, but the reception need improvements. There was no one to welcome me when I arrived and I was asked to go downstairs where again, I just stand waiting for someone to take care of me. No the best experience.
