The studio is very busy, verging on hectic. There was a 15 minute wait for my appointment and on top of that I had to wait for another 10 minutes for the basin to be free (yes, only one basin). However, the staff are fantastic and my lovely hairdresser went out of his way to speedily (I was in a rush) cut and blow dry my hair to an excellent quality. Staff are fantastic- facilities not so much

She was moody, scraped my previous colour off, argues with me when I said I normally have a foil wrap to soak off and then filed my nails different shapes. Quite frankly - awful experience!!! They seem to change their nail technicians every time I go.
