She was moody, scraped my previous colour off, argues with me when I said I normally have a foil wrap to soak off and then filed my nails different shapes. Quite frankly - awful experience!!! They seem to change their nail technicians every time I go.

Good treatment, although I was made to feel like an inconvenience. And was left to clean up afterwards, usually a soothing cream is applied but I didn’t get any and didn’t feel comfortable asking.

Great manicure, but would have been nice to have some hand cream at end. Can't fault the staff, who were extra caring in bringing tea and biscuits.

My nails looked lovely however the experience was very unpleasant as everything around me was filthy dirty- the manicure table was sticky with some hair, the lamp has not been dusted for weeks. Awful. Will not return unfortunately.
