I've been to Splash New Row a couple of times now and the nail technicians are so lovely and friendly. They make the whole experience relaxed and comfortable. I will definitely be going back. Gel nails have lasted just over 2 weeks with no chips and the colour is still super vibrant.

Left in a room to prepare myself on the bed with a sliding door at the door of the bed - 5m opposite the sliding door was a hair wash seat & basin with a gentleman having his hair washed ! Very little privacy for when the beauticians were entering/exiting the room! The wax itself was not the best I have had, bits of wax left on my legs, and the lady just seemed to literally hack away at my bikini line. She also tried to take off more than I wanted; “I’m a beautician so I hate hairs and want to take them all off y’know!” Which I didn’t appreciate as I had clearly only booked and paid for a bikini line wax.

A great treatment that included a great hand scrub! The staff are lovely too and the price is fantastic value for the treatment and the area. I’ll definitely be back.
