The first time I haven’t left 5 stars for his place. I paid the higher price for a hot wax and was given a strip wax which obviously hurt more. I asked the beautician to use hot wax twice and she said that’s how they do it - but it’s the first time for me and I’ve been here a lot. Really disappointed and didn’t enjoy the pain :(
