Easily the worst wax I’ve ever had. When I arrived, they told me I was late even though I was on time - later I checked my emails and they had rescheduled the appointment 1 minute before it was meant to start. What’s that about? The wax itself - I had to ask her to go over areas several times and I’ve still been left with a half job, plus raw skin. Wouldn’t go back.

It was a bad experience. I’ve been here before and it’s always been a bit chaotic but because it is good value and they usually do a decent job I went again. I was left to sit in the corner for 15 minutes after I had booked an appointment. There was no apology for the delay. The blow dry was terrible. She convinced me to use a different shampoo which was an extra £7 to help with smoothness. The blow dry was weak with barely any bounce. My hair was dry and lifeless. And they at the till I got charged again because apparently I’m hair is “long” not short even though it sits on my shoulders. TERRIBLE BLOW DRY. BAD SERVICE. Will not be coming back here again.
