therapist was rude, just put me in the room without speaking to me. Didn’t introduce herself and at end of treatment the door was locked and I couldn’t get out. I could hear them laughing on other side rather than trying to sort lock out.

Marion was fast and super efficient. She really listened to what I wanted, and helped me make sure I would be satisfied. Also, very sweet manner. The staff seemed to enjoy themselves, music wasn’t too loud.
