I would normally rate this venue much more highly - it's efficient, inexpensive and the therapists are usually excellent. On this occasion however, the therapist I was due to see was apparently away, and her replacement (not sure if she was a temp, or another member of staff, and she didn't give her name) was in such a hurry to get me done and out the door (it was not just before closing, and she had no other clients waiting, so I'm not sure why!), that this was probably the most painful waxing experience of my life, and I have been left with a scab on my upper lip where skin has been ripped off. Not impressed.

The venue is very conveniently located and easy to find. Interior is ok, average but clean and staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcome.
Claudia did my gel nail extensions and they are fabulous. She was very precise and her attention to detail is amazing. She asks if I like the shape and if they are not too thick. As someone who never has long nails she advised on the optimum length for a 'beginner'.
Definitely will be going back. Great value for over 2h service. Some may think it's too long but well worth the time as the end result is just top-notch!

Although a small salon, this is my third visit to Splash and the quality of the treatment is always top notch. No chipping for at LEAST 2 weeks but commonly this has lasted for 3. The staff have always been really friendly too. I will be going back!
Friendly but busy salon so not quite as relaxing as I'd hoped. My stylist, Anna, was very friendly and bubbly and did an excellent job on my hair. I've had the keratin treatment done twice before and although you can only really tell how well it's gone after the first time you wash (should be three days after the treatment) and I'm only on the second day, it looks like it will last the three months. Hair is smooth and silky and looks much healthier than usual.
