I went to Splash New Row for the first time for an express pedicure.
Unfortunately it did not go as I was expecting. I did not really like the therapist and her job.
She did all in a hurry and careless and the final result was not great.
If I had to compare this pedicure with others made in other saloon, I would have to say, this is one of the worst.

Salon is small, modern and spotless clean.
I was dealt with promptly and courteously. I attended on Thursday 16th May for Brazillian Keratin treatment and my slylist was confident, experienced and did a fantastic job on my hair - 10 out of 10 for her.. I have had this treatment previously at other salons at much higher cost and it has not had such good results.
Tips - supply a range of refreshment drinks ie: coffee, teas, fruit, herbal,normal (and offer decaf) for people who are going to be in the salon for a long while. The only available drink was normal tea or water.

Great little salon with fab location, perfect for nipping in and out of when in the city.
Its quite small, and such is buzzing with people running backward and forward, so if you like an overall more relaxing and sensual vibe I would go elsewhere, but i personally liked it.
The therapist was knowledgable and friendly, and while we chatted she was all done in about 10 minutes.
Dont think that this substitues qulaity however, I have fantastic results and will most certainly be going back.
Recomended if your after quick friendly service!
Welcoming, clean salon and very pleasant and focused manicurist - a nice finish with neat nails in a pretty, soft pink (good choicer of colours). Not rushed and enjoyed the session - would definitely recommend.

For only £19.00 it is cheap but expect only the basics for that (no pampering in treatment or surroundings!). The salon was tiny, cramped, little run down with pounding house music on (even the staff complained about it!). The manicure itself was good but it is functional not a pampering manicure (no massage, soaking the fingers, exfoiliation etc) and she did nick my cuticle which meant was left with little red scab but that was probably my fault for talking too much. I came out with what I paid for but the overall experience would not persuade me to return.
