Unfortunately due to Vaseline being put around my forehead dye didn’t cover some of my white hairs.I felt the dye was left on for too long. Stylists at splash are fitting alot of other clients in whilst doing various treatments so can’t focus thoroughly on each customer. I was disappointed after hair was washed as some of my white hairs weren't covered, however the salon did arrange for me to come back the following day to visit a different colourist at Soho branch. Which resolved the issue!

I’ve been to this salon before. Was never disappointed. Third time was unlucky for me. Hair wash was poor, rushed. The robe smelled bad. I asked for a messy wavy haircut, went home with a Goldilocks style. Staff were nice and attentive hence 3 stars.
