Booked a blow dry with a free conditioning treatment, which I never received or was told about. Styling was poor, and although I requested straighteners to curl my hair, the final result was very disappointing — worse than I could do myself. I also noticed another client with a brush stuck in her hair by a stylist. There was a strong sewage smell on entering. Would not recommend or return.

Oh my god, Tia was absolutely wonderful, she went above and beyond for me. There’s standard service and then there’s Tia. The first time my nails weren’t done so well and Tia completely cleaned it up and I couldn’t have wanted better. Will return just for her.
