I normally visit splash for bikini and leg waxing and usually pleased with the service. I added in an eyebrow wax today and left with an extra half centimetre missing from the nose side of one of my eyebrows - ruining the shape and leaving me with a wonky pair of eyebrows. Also got a bruise from rough technique above the other eye. Overall poor technique and rushed, rough service. Disappointed as usually a satisfied customer.
