DON'T come here if you have dark hair or want a Balayage. There is no free deep condition treatment either. Would advise booking a consultation before booking a dye job here. No communication here and clearly not everyone is experienced with womens hair. Hair was bleached with a comb no foils and rinsed in 20 minutes. Leaving me a patchy ginger not the Ash blonde balayage I came in with. They did say they could fix it but after meeting with the other stylist again communication was so difficult that I didn't feel like they could fix the issue confidentially. Haircut was all of 10 minutes not well done and cut too short. Over extremely disappointed would not recommended unless for a gents haircut

1. I did not get the hair stylist that was booked
2. The hair stylist (if you could call him a stylist) was terrible. After cutting off the first bit of my hair, which was way too short, stopped him and asked him what he was doing as that was not what we agreed. I just wanted to get out of asap there so I asked him to only cut off a tiny bit (should have just left instead) looking at his technique you could tell he definitely did not know what he was doing as my haircut ended up looking jagged
