I asked for a simple one length cut and now devastated at the layers which have been chopped through my hair. I was not listened to once in this appointment and I am so sad about the experience. For the blow dry I asked for natural straight like my hair and was given 80s style curls which just looked ridiculous. I’m sorry to leave a bad review but there was no customer service and I’ve never been so close to walking out of somewhere.
