I booked specifically with Simona, but was given a different stylist without any explanation,very sneaky.Only saw the looks passing between the stylists,wondering if i figured it out. You should have said something or rebook my appointment. The other stylist was also manning reception and was constantly running to the front desk. She didnt have much clue about the style i asked for,haircut lasted 3min on dry hair that she washed after the cut!no finishing touches or shaping either. Wont be back.
