Place was not clean. I got strip wax but the hot wax had strands of hair in it - which suggests they double dip the stick. She missed lots of spots in the wax, only after being reminded did she get them and even then it wasn’t clean. Also painful.

My blow dry was done by Carlos in the end who was fantastic and gave me the blow dry I was looking for - very skilled hairstylist. Highly recommend Carlos!
