Really disappointed by this experience. Manicure left me with 3 bleeding fingers (one was quite bad). Gel was applied unevenly and very streaky on each nail. Made worse that when I arrived I was left waiting 15 mins. Nail tech was friendly though

I am very disappointed with my haircut, I had long thick hair and asked for layers - now look like I have a mullet. I was turned away from the mirror for the 1st half of my haircut - did not see till late. They changed the person I booked last min.
