Both stylists were good, so the haircut and keratin treatment were both going well. However, the second stylist had to rush the keratin treatment process because it got suddenly busy with people walking in without prior bookings. I could tell she was also annoyed by the pressure so I cannot blame her really. It was not a very nice experience to have a rushed process as a customer who booked online, so I would definitely rate it higher if they didn't rush the process.
