One of the best place to do nails.
Can't say the same of hair though.
Their orange is my favourite colour.
It lasts forever.
Shame that they set promotion on treatwell that they don't apply on walkin.
It looks like they want to pay commission to treatwell and not looking for direct clients.

I was welcomed from a staff member who could not find my booking even after showing the confirmation. I was asked to wait then was asked to seat for the colour.
I was asked which colour I want and after advising that I wanted roots only of the existing colour she showed me the map of colours. She advised me 7, I thought it would have been to light but she said no so I trusted.
When drying Asma found out that roots were blond and my hair was bicolor.
She had to redo everything again.

Manicure prep was poor. Filing and shape was done with a file for acrylics so left the nail very rough, and not a great shape, plus they didn’t tidy it up afterwards. I’m not convinced they took possible gel allergies seriously enough, as some polish got on my skin. Overall paint shape is a bit wonkey and I had chipping at the free edge in 24 hours.
Colour was good.
