Carmen was sweet, and gave me a decent blow dry. She did yank my hair quite a bit though, and when I mentioned that she was hurting me she apologised and said I have thick hair so she has to pull hard. Salon wasn't the nicest, not very clean.

Unfortunately not so good this time around, roots sadly came out bit too dark! Lost my golden locks and a very painful blow dry! Had to also go home and re wash hair to try to remove some of the dye! So blow dry was bit of a waste of time/money!
