The manicure itself has latest a week so far, so thats good, however the skin around my nails has all come up because of the way the manicurist pulled at my cuticles. She also made me BLEED whilst removing the cuticle on one of my fingers, so much that she had to put a bit on tissue on it mid manicure so control the bleed, and she didn't even apologies! She was nice enough, however her English was almost non existent.

The woman who did my waxing was really friendly and put me completely at ease. I don't normally enjoy chatting while having treatments but she set a really nice relaxed tone. Good job on the waxing too.
