It was a really enjoyable experience. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Most importantly my nail treatment was enjoyable and the beautician that treated me was really good.

Manicure was fine, not the best I have had here, but hopefully lasts as well as my previous Shellac treatments from Splash. The salon was running late, which was not ideal.

The salon is lovely but too much emphasis is put on the hair cutting when it's the beauty department who are so good! The haircuts should be done in the basement with the treatments upstairs! Staff hanging around outside smoking and in the waiting area looks unprofessional and intimidating, should be speaking English too as they are able to and switching between languages is a little rude- they could be talking about you in front of you! Overall though it is an excellent salon and the girls attention to detail and calmness make sit an excellent place.
