Extremely disappointed with this pedicure, which is a shame because I wanted to keep this place as my regular one. The last time I was there, they did a shellac and I didnt know about it! Pros and cons as it obvs lasted awhile. However I had to be charged extra to have it taken off. The subsequent pedicure that I had then wasn't the best. I was waiting for a good hour and more. It rarely dried, and I was left with a pedicure that wasn't worth the £29. Also wasn't feeling the vibe of my pedicurist Rosa. There's a nasty undertone of negativity there. Overall, not very happy :(

Whereas I keep awarding Splash Goodge Street five stars, this time my pedicure was terrible. The manicurist did a very sloppy job, i had to re-book with another institute to have my nails done again.

Good shellac manicure with fantastic selection of colours. Very prompt and efficient with a few extra touches which made it a nice and relaxing process.

Another amazing experience in this saloon. The therapist was really nice and professional with the treatment. My nails are fab! I will go back again in the nearby future.
