Super efficient, not painful (of course its never actually nice but compared to what I'm used to !). Very professional, well done waxing and the beautician was helpful. I'd booked only for a Hollywood and asked if she had time to do my legs to. Also, I called to say I would be late, not a problem at all, I could have re-scheduled for another time during the day as well for free.

For the price i paid i had one of the best haircuts ive ever had! The staff was very friendly and the location of the studio is great - just next to goodge street stn. Will recommend this place!
