The girl who waxed me did not know how to use hot wax. She would apply it and 5 seconds after apply it she would try to pull it off. When I expressed that it was painful, she told me that it does hurt down there. Then she asked me if it was my first time there. She left me with hairs on top of it all.

Sadly, this has been one of the worst waxes I’ve had. I was rushed because they overbooked people. I have bits of hair still left after the waxing. Also, I booked with Delsy on the app and the lady who waxed me was not the beautician I requested.
