Terrible experience. The place was dirty and not hygienic. Wax was too hot—felt like burning. Very painful, even compared to other places. I left sticky with wax still on me. Never going back.

I went for a trim. I have v long hair so I always make sure I book option for the longest hair. I prepaid the trim for the very long hair but I was told at the venue (after the haircut was done) that my hair was ‘extremely long’ so I had to pay extra

Left with a terrible blow dry. I have curly hair and it usually take less than 30 min to have a pin straight blow dry with no straightener. Here it took an hour to just leave the salon with puffy hair, a result i could haveby just drying em @ home👎👎
